Yes SOME can.... usually through vaginal stimulation (not the clitoris). The percentage of women that can though is very low.... and it is not what you do or how you do it that can determine it.... some women just do, and most are not able to and never will be able to.
BUT... some women have never been able to and after having a kid they can. So just because you can't now doesnt mean you wont be able to in the future (even if you dont have a kid).
How, I dont know... it is fluid that is stored up there somewhere. And somehow it just happens. And when it does happen its A LOT of fluid. Apparently vibrators to the trick most of the time.

If you are in fact referring to ejaculation, yes woman can do that. I have had many, many orgasms but I have never 'squirted'. I have more of a creamy substance, But I don't know if that is considered ejaculating or not?? I don't think all woman can do that. Trust me, you'll know when your having an orgasm.
A friend of mine is a squirter and she never used to be able to. All of a sudden, one day she could and has ever since. From what I have learned, you need to find your G spot and when you are about to 'squirt', you have a sudden urge like you are going to pee. I was also told that a woman ejaculates from the same hole she pees from. I am not sure that is true.

females can ejaculate just like men can, it's very difficult and not everyone can do it the same way. some squirt just like men do others are more suttle. either way YES women do c-u-m and it's just like everything else when you become stimulated you will peak! good luck

as far as i be attentive to, this is basically lubricating fluids released from interior of a gland interior the vaginal cavities. there's no sperm or eggs and whatnot. this is in simple terms discharge... in extra. :)
