I dont know what this is because ive been searching for other people who's had it and no one has it,

Under the skin (meaning not near the skin) on the muscle side at the scrotum of my penis theres small lumps (Near retum end but close to testicles) I think its my pvc muscle im not sure

Anyways theres like alot of bumps down there and they hurt if touched, they feel very uncomfortable and im freaking out if theres something wrong

also i have noticed that it feels irrated to even touch my penis, it feels weak if i touch it, like the main vein going all the way up, it feels kind of irrated

i have also noticed it feels like these bumps are pressuring were i urinate, because when i do urinate it feels like its kind of blocked but it passes through propely, it also effetcs my orgasm and effects my semen, it feels like after i ejaculate that its still inside my penis, wierd i know

ive had this for a year now, im freaking out if i have cancer, im also 19 so im not expierenced with these sort of things, doctor says its fine, but i have to insist because everynight i feel pain and im aware of what pshyological pain is, thats my job, so i know the doctor doesnt know but yet i cant be reffered to a uroligist because i need to be reffeered through doctor

I also have a cyst on my testicle that i can move around, doctor says its a cyst, i notice a slight change in testicles, seems to be more tissue around and my testicles feel smaller

I am literally freaking out here, i dont know what to do, i ant get advice off the doctor, because he doesnt exam me with any test he just checks it out, so i got 2nd opinion that didnt help either.

Are they white, if they are white and dont irritate and they are not like pimples and you try to squeeze them and it dont work than they are justr regular hair foliciles, it is just normal.

but if they are different well than ask your doctor.

Yeah, you are freaking out. I am not a doctor, but I suspect genital warts, a form of STD. If a second opinion, from a doctor, I assume, did not help, go to a county clinic or make appointment with a specialist in this field.

If you have been examined by 2 doctors and they both say nothing is wrong then it is unlikely that there is anything wrong with your genitals and the problem is most likely in your mind

I'm no expert on penis's but i would suggest you go see a urologist to get a second opinion.
