Of course you should sharpen them, since it's probable you most recently used those scissors to trim your rose bushes.
Or your nose hairs.
You could also cut the Lawncutting with Scissors Time in half if you buy an extra pair, and use both hands. Ever think of THAT?

yes you should sharpen them abouy every 10 foot or so---oomy
