What's this thing with Cat Deeley people are talking about? I didn't hear anything, what's going on?

Did she say something about the show or something? I'm completely stuck here. Isn't there something going on with her and the show, or her being on the show?

-In 2007, Deeley appeared before and after advertisement breaks during coverage of the early stages of American Idol season 6 on the UK television channels ITV & ITV2.
-She has become close friends with Ryan Seacrest through co-presenting American Idol.
-And I think she may have particiapted in American Idol.
She might be the person who interviews them right after they perfrom.

I wouldn't listen to what everyone is saying about her or any of the others for that matter, there are just a lot of hateful people out there. I would suggest only listen to what anyone that is involved with the show has to say, such as Ryan.
