I like them both. But I like Metallica a little more. Dave Mustaine helped to start both bands and I really love Megadeths music. But you can't beat old school Metallica.

Metallica!!! Megadeath is just an offspring of them anyhow. Mustang left the band and started his own which didn't make half the impact of the original band although Peace Sells was a good album, Metallica had Master of Puppets, Ride the Lighting, Justice for All and many other GREAT albums. Megadeath just can't compete in my opinion.
