It's all about the money , there are alot of Anna Nicole Smiths running around .

It is because the 'not so attractive' men know a secret... the secret.
Men who have to work at getting dates have learned to navigate the shifting maze of a babes brain.
By standing back at bars and clubs and watching other men fail, the 'not so attractive' guys analyze and find the weaknesses, just like they do with the programs they code at work.
They calculate the simplest solution to approaching a hottie and it works.
The hot babes you see on the arms of very wealthy ugly men are rented, so in that case it is about the money.

More often than not, a really handsome man is also a really conceited man with no concern for others. Those men are not good to be in a relationship with and will treat a girl quite poorly. The not so handsome man may have a better view of life from another perspective and is not usually stuck on himself as some conceited man. I don't think money is even considered in the choosing. I know plenty of really hot guys with lots of money who are just cold as ice when it comes to relationships. I also know plenty of run-of-the-mill lookers who have no money and know how to treat a lady well. I don't really think looks matter either way just as long as a man knows how to treat a lady well. It just seems that the hotties are very cold.

Because many women are not simply looking for a shallow good looking male, but a intelligent, well educated, well rounded, compassionate and secure man. The man with the beautiful baby on his arm obviously had those qualities that fit the criteria she was looking for in a father for her children. And looks do not come into it as much as you would think. Character counts a great deal more than physical appearance. God bless****

There are several reasons why less attractive men are seen with attractive women. Among the many reasons are as follows:
1. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - you might find them ugly, but the women with them might now.
2. The women could be attracted to a personality trait over physical appearance. There's more to a person than just looks.
3. It could be a money issue.
4. They could be fantastic in bed.

Some guys are a lot of fun and they like to laugh and joke around.
This one women in the office was so hot the guys all wanted to date her. But she tried to not have any office romance, so told everyone no way. This one guy did everything, brought her a rose and just laid it on her desk. He said, "I know I am not in your league but just looking at you is enough for me you are so beautiful. We saw him as a fool, I mean he had it bad.
One day she was dateing him. She said he makes me feel beautiful and most guys just want to tell me how hot they are.
Which they did to get her to date them.
In the end she married him and they are living happy ever after.
At everyones astonishment, he has no money looks or personality. But he is madly in love with her and that is what she wanted. So a lot of times it is a guys attitude.

Since so many posters have given some excellent replies, I just want to point out one thing. Has anyone ever noticed that the more you get to know someone, the more attractive they seem to you -- especially if that person has a killer personality and is a decent human being? I know I have. BTW, I am not shallow -- these people's appearances simply increased in attractiveness the more I got to know them.

Ugly men have the best looking women because they are the main ones who will treat their women right. They also have good personalities and that matters more than their looks once you get to know them. I mean, every woman wants a nice-looking man, but I'd rather be with an ugly man than with a nice-looking man that will beat the crap outta me and leave me for anotha woman.

No... its all in the personality. The women dating "ugly" guys have probably had bad experiences with hot guys so they decided to just hope for someone who's really nice.

1. The woman finds the guy to have an incredible personality which makes him much better looking than dumb studs
2.She feels secure with this person no matter what he looks like
3. They share a lot in common
4. He's not a dead beat loser like all the vain good looking losers out there
5.He actually wants to know her opinion in matters concerning him/them and values her input.Ther's nothing like a good listner
6.The guys loaded and it means lifetime security
7.She's a gold digger and he wants a price puppy.

Lots of times it's what money can buy. But, maybe these babes appreciate his personality or other attributes not so readily visible! I leave it up to your imagination.
