Dashboard Symbol for 1999 VW Golf?

It looks like an upright Gravy Boat with a drip coming out of it.
Checked oil level and it is fine.
What does this symbol mean? I dont have an owners manual.

My daughter's '99 VW Golf does the same thing and her oil level is fine. Hopefully you'll get an answer here to help us both out.

Coolant level. Either that or you have gravy in your transaxle! lol
