I would not call her charismatic by any means. Strong willed and determined, yes. Sensitive??? No, but she was a victor for the underdog, and through that she drew strength and became even more determined to expose the arocities that were taking place in plain sight and risking hundreds of lives. I would certainly call her a hero.

No one true anwer for this. If she has shown to have those traits through her actions and what others said about her, then you can argue that she is.
