i am somewhat of a cartoonist, and i want to do a comic book series of clue. who do i request permission from?

i want to keep it close to the games! where mr. boddy is dead and inspector brown gives the suspects 24 hours to solve the crime. only things that are different are, the characters are almost all american, except for col. mustard (british) Prof. plum (he'll be canadian)

col mustard is a retired british military colonel, prof. plum is a canadian science teacher from toronto where boddy went to school, in those plum days plum was a senior and boddy was a sophomore (still teaching), miss scarlet was boddy's junior prom date, mrs. peacock is boddy's would-be mother in law. mr. white is his maid. rev. green was the guy who united his parents into holy marriage. the gang had come to celebrate boddy's coming of age!
then boddy was murdered in either the lounge, study, hall, conservatory, billiard room, kitchen, dining room, library, with either the wrench the knife the rope the revolver, the candlestick, or the lead pipe, by one of the suspects,
their motives are:
plum: boddy stole his prom date
mustard: boddy kept him from finishing his memoirs
green: boddy swore against god
peacock: boddy tried to streal her coat and sell it
white: boddy wanted to fire her.

try having as many people as you can sign a petition and then ask the game's company. like the president for example, not some secretary or anything like that.
