It seems that when I am trying pop off the door (after unscrewing everything) it is stuck around the window crank (manual) I dont see anything holding it to the door. Any ideas? My main goal is to replace a blown speaker. I cant get to the speaker if I cant take the door off!

There should be a retaining clip holding it on .

Ok...you mean the door panel. There is a difference. The window crank has a small lock clip that holds it in place. Take off the clip and pull the crank off. Hope this helps.

Yes to get the door panel off you must have a special tool. It romoves the clip that others have identified. Be careful not to lose it, as it holds your window crank on. ONce you have this piece off your door panel will be set free. Good Luck!!!
