Vitamin E is soluble in fats and not soluble in water. That would characterize it as a non polar substance. Since there are no polar charges, the intermolecular forces would be limited to the weak, dispersion type.

Vitamin E is fat soluble. Therefore it will dissolve in fatty substances, alcohol, etc(like dissolves like).
It is nonpolar.
