Favourite was one worn for the All star game ... a support our troops mask (Canadian troops) that was done, for all vets from WW1 up until now.
Worst would have to be Ray Emery's mask that they have asked not him to wear anymore. For those who don't know him, he is a boxing fan. All his masks have boxers on them and one game he showed up with a Mike Tyson mask, lasted one game ... the team asked him not to wear it again.

That guy Jim Carey was a terrible goalie, but he got paid 5 million a year to ride a bus in the AHL. Best mask ever was Brian Hayward's, you could google it, and you should, a mask for when he was with the Sharks and the mouth was around his facial bars. I'm not even a Sharks fan, but that one was awesome. I don't really have a least favorite, as there's really not many bad mask designs out there. I guess when Brent Johnson was playing for the Capitals, and he wore a Coyotes mask with a Capitals sticker over the Coyotes logo.

I have always been a fan of Curtis Joseph's "Cujo" mask. It has the dog from the Stephen King book that was made into a movie, and it just suits him well because of his name, and it is a really well done design. The worst mask is anyone with those stupid plain white masks with no design. Clearly they either have no creativity or they believe they are not going to be playing in that city for long so what the hell is the point, right? Well, the point is, you are playing there now, so why not put a design on your mask you lazy fool!

My favorite was Manny Legace's when he played for the Red Wings. He had Rally Al the octupus on his mask and in each of Rally Al's legs was a banner with a number on it and the banners represented the retired jerseys hanging in the rafters at Joe Louis Arena.
I also like Curtis Joseph's mask. No matter what team he plays for the theme of the mask is the same, just the colors change.

I like Ryan Millers mask! I think it's awesome the he kept the same design as he had with last years jerseys but changed the colors to match the new jerseys. He also has Miller Time and all the old Sabres' logos on the back of his mask.

Martin Brodeur, same consistent style just like him. Also, I forget which goalie it is, but someone has Ned Flanders on the back of his mask, it made me chuckle.
