My husband and I just bought an ovulation predictor. I figured I would just use it in the morning but then I read that it may not work as well with first morning urine....is that true? Should I wait till later in the day, and if so, wont it be diluted?

I have always heard that you should use pregnancy tests in the morning because it is the best time to test. I would think this would be the same in the case of an ovulation predictor. It seems to me the longer you would wait in the day the more (like you said) diluted your urine would be. Good luck!

Many women have the peak of the LH surge later in the day. That said, most tests suggest that you not urinate for about four hours before using them, and many of us have problems doing that...waiting four hours to urinate and urinating at about the same time each day after four hours. I've used them in the morning consistently and had no problem detecting my surge. peeonastick.com has more information.
