Can anybody tell me what the song "How to Save A Life" by The Fray means? I love this song and I listen to it all the time. But I don't think I'm completely sure of what it means.

the singer said that he wrote it about a friend or someone he knew who died or something. I think I heard it on MTV.

well they are a christian band so it means how to save someone like when a person decides they want to b a christian they are saved from hell
