Those of you who have had success with good diets that you don't feel deprived on I'm interested in. I already do exercise videos put out by Chris Freytag, but I want a good diet.

Ugh, ignor that first jerk, I hate people like that. Don't you worry girlfriend, try weight watchers points system. You can still eat but just keep within your points range, plus theres meetings with lots opf support and encouragement.

Keep your determination strong, make healthy choices and keep active, don't let anyones rude comments put you down. Either way, you're beautiful and you will succeed.

My sister is using Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet and Lifetime Nutrition Plan. by Elliot D. Abravanel, M.D.

I believe she bought the book at Barnes & Noble.

He helps you figure out your body type and has diet plans for different body types. she's been losing a couple pounds a week. It's not a quick weight loss plan. It's a healthy weight loss plan.

She's been on it for about a month and really thinks it's working. She says she feels better than she has in a long time.

My sister is a "snacker". I don't think she even realized how much she was eating every day. She was walking around with food in her hand all day long. She's getting it under control and has really had a nice steady weight loss the last month and is quite pleased with this diet.

try a low glycemic diet.

its tough for a few weeks, then gets easier, and you lose weight like crazy.

its the best way ive found.
