No you are only a minor until 18--you could however still be a dependent if you still live with them after that.

If your over the age of 18 then your not a minor even if you live with your parents or not but under 18 you are.

u can live withyour folks pastr 18 and use their insurance etc. but you're not a minor past age 18

Depends which state, has nothing to do with if you live with your parents. It's age-generally below age 18.
