My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex for the first time, she always takes her birth control and I didn't finish in her. What are the chances of pregnancy??

If you didn't finish in her like you said you didn't then she couldn't get pregnant but if you did and she forgot to take her pill then chances are she might be. Next time don't take a chance and use a condom. Word of advice don't relay on a women to use all the protection. You need to use protection aswell.

unless someone here is psychic, they can't answer this question for you. There is always a chance of pregnancy when you have sex, even when you use b/c. I would suggest you use more than just the pill to prevent a pregnancy. What if she forgets to take it? It is also not 100 percent effective. Many women have gotten pg while taking the pill, and just because you didn't finish in her doesn't guarantee anything either. Some guys "drip" before they ejaculate, and that can be enough to get her pg.

You're NO idiot ... having sex without a condom CAN / WILL lead to pregnancy. She might or might not be and you KNOW that. Birth control didn't work for **** with me...I took it everyday and still got pregnant. The only way to NOT be scared like this is to NOT have sex until you are ready for a child. Birth control, condoms, lubricants, anal etc. can all lead to pregnancy. If she is pregnant I hope you stick with her and help her out ... be the good guy!

The chances of pregnany are there. Plenty of people get pregnant even with just one form of birth control. Go back to multiple contraceptives like the pill and condoms. You could even use the sponge, foam, or spermicidal gel to take an extra measure. There's always a chance of getting pregnant and even more of STDs. The HIV virus is one tenth the size of a single sperm and most people don't know if they have an STD. Use condoms.

It all depends on if she's telling the truth about taking her birth control. If she is taking it for reals you probably only have a 1 to 5% chance. If she's lying about it, you probably have a 50% chance because you can still get a girl pregnant even if you don't finish inside. All you can do is wait now. Good luck.

well Birth controll is 98% on not getting pregnant. So as long as she is taking her birth control as directed then you shouldn't have any worries. If you are still on edge you may also ask when the 1st day of her last time of the month was and count to 14 on the calander then you can see that two days before and two days after and the day of the 14th day she is most likely to get pregnant. Although you have to ask if her cycle is normal for this to be on. Hope that helps.

Eeek! Why were you having sex without a condom? Condoms are cheaper than diapers, you know. If she always takes her birth control, you should be fine, as far as pregnancy goes, but remember, even if you think that you are both completely faithful to one another, you still should use condoms to protect each other from STD's. One STD can cause cervical cancer for her later- It's not worth the risk.

hi it dont matter if you finished inside your girlfriend or not she can still become pregnant. This is because while you are having sex sperm leaks out all the time but you dont always notice this. If you dont want your girlfriend to become pregnant i suggest you use a condom as well as the pill next time as pregnancy can occur plus other things like stds you dont always know you have them . hope this helps.

It's always 50/50 my friend. If she's truly on the pill regularly, taking it every single day at the same time and she's not ovulating there's a good chance she won't get pregnant. The only way to be sure is if you take care of it yourself.

There's a slim chance. (You can get pregnant even if you did not ejaculate inside her) But find out for sure if she takes her pill regularly, and if not, you guys may want to get the morning after pill - and soon. (I think you have up to 72 hours after unprotected sex to take it - but it is most effective if taken within 24 hours) Good luck!
