To express yourself fully or explode secretly inside?

I like the question... My answer is to fully express myself!!!!!And say everything I think to everybody!!! This way I let people know that I have a straight vertebral (spinal) column and a strong personality!!!

I like to explode secretly inside because I realized the world is made of disguises. People can be one person on the outside but a whole different person on the inside. I had a friend. I trusted him so well. I told him that I liked our friend. The next year he tells the rest of my friends and the guy I liked. Now my friend (the guy I liked) feels weird when I am around him. I cant even touch him. And the friend I told who I liked to, tells my other secrets I told him to my other firneds behind my back but we are still friends. When we are with my other friends he likes to be important and tell everyone my secret but when its just us we are like BEST FRIENDS! Before we were friends with our other friends life was perfect. I did it again to another friend. I told her who I liked and then told her I didnt like the guy anymore although I did . I had to make up an excuse. She didnt believe me and told everyone who I liked and that I made up a laime excuse. So there are my examples. And both those happened this year. I told another person who I liked. I trust her though. She likes the same person as me. Now I regret telling her. So that proves it. Now forever I will keep secrets to myself!
