No. I support Bush, he is a great president, but does not fall under Alfred Nobel's criteria for the prize. Bush did propose a war to the senate which would make him unable to receive the prize. Alfred Nobel wished to reward those whom made advances n science and philanthropy to promote peace. Bush has done none of these, but is still an incredible president.
