I'm on medicaid and will come into a large inhertance- will I have to pay back what medicaid paid for my medical care in New york State over the last 15 yrs? I am only 40 yrs old

Im not sure but I im pretty sure you wont. I would recomend calling a lawyer or some other legal advisor on the telephone, politely ask if they have a minute to spare and ask your question free of charge.
