Do you want her to go?
Then send her a 30 day notice reminding her of the lease end date and that you will not be renewing her lease. She might try and use her security deposit for the rent, but I wouldn't advise that (unless your lease allows it) in case there are damages to the unit. Most leases default to month-to-month after the lease contract. If you have no intention of renewing the lease, then say so now.
It's a courtesy on your part to remind her and also inform her you aren't renewing. Giving her notice will also encourage her to be looking and save you the drama at the end of the month if she has to scramble to find a new place. Give her the courtesy of the 30 day notice and it will save both of you headaches if you have some clear communication.
The answers above mine are bogus-- the police do not evict, the Sherriff's department does, but only after the entire eviction process has happened. A 3 day notice is for rent that is not paid. If she is not violating any lease terms or late on rent, do not serve a 3 day notice. There is no reason to be a jerk about any of this, it will only turn it into a needlessly adverserial situation. If the tenant is being a jerk, remind her that her lease if over, the contract has expired. If she needs a couple of days extra, be careful because you don't want to default into a new leasing situation (the month to month default) but if she truly needs a couple of extra days and has found a place, then prorate her rent and charge her a daily rate and let her finish up her business.
There is no need for any of it to get ugly or escalate if you are both grown ups.
Good luck!

Is she doesn't leave serve her with a 3 day notice. When the 3 days is up and she still has not paid start the eviction process. Call the Superior Court in your county and they can give you the appropriate documents to start an eviction. Very important to do some research or seek legal advice because the clerks at the court are not able to help.

Did you notify her that you were not renewing her lease?
Do you live in a place that does not automatically convert to month to month when a lease expires?
Do you live in a place that only allows eviction for cause?
Find out the answers to those questions, and then ask what to do.

Give her a 3 day noyice to pay renty or leave. If she doesnt leave, do not accept money from her, go to your nearest courthouse and file eviction with the justice of the peace.
