I've heard some say it's emo/scene and others say it's preppy. So, um...what do you think?

its both.
some of the stuff is preppy, some of it is scene.
but its not what you wear, its how you wear them that makes them preppy.
my friend says its how you rock them that makes them look good.

I think it's emo/scene.. Kind of preppy, but with more of a twist. Preppy to me, is J. Crew. Delias is definitely not that.

its a mixture i would say, my sis and most of my friends love Delia's, its a bit punk, a touch emo, and pretty prepp, with a little alternative mised in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!it pretty kewl!
