Only 15 years old. Maybe your parents can allow you to treat yourself to Beverly Hills facial spa they also give you advice and analysis your skin and eyes. They also have good products. Search the Internet. Slice the cucumbers and place them on ice and place on your eyes at least 15 minutes relax. It will take awhile until you see result. Also, Clean and Clear has great products. If it continues to wear light make up (Dermablend works and they have eye treatment and light powder over the eye make work until u can control this. God bless youthful

Get a copy of Adelle Davis's book Let's Get Well and go to Chapter 5 for the method she recommends to get rid of these things. It worked for me.
