I've been looking, but without any luck…
Please add details (go to the Pencil icon on the button bar below your question), such as the protagonists name, was it for teens or what age group, was the story fairly new or had it already been around for a while, was it a mystery or ghost story, etc.?

Are you sure this is the title? I couldn't find any books with this title, and you can usually find them at Alibris/Amazon, no matter how old.
Do you remember what the book was about, characters etc? If you do, try using this info for your search instead of the title. You might have more luck.
