a freind told me her fiance keeps talking about having sex with her daughter which will become his stepchild. Does anyone know what that means the child is 10 but he dreams of it when shes older.

I am not sure what you mean by "dreams." If you mean he "fantasizes" about it, then I'd say he's dangerous and needs to be locked up before he actually hurts a child. If he is actually dreaming of this while he is asleep, it could mean many things and if it's recurring, or if it bothers him, he should speak to a counselor and figure out what his subconscious mind is actually trying to sort through.

It doesn't necessarily mean anything sinister, but it does definitely warrant some level of concern.
Anything could be contributing to this. Lots of father/stepfathers get a little freaked out when their daughters/stepdaughters start to reach pre-puberty. This may be the cause of the dreams. There are other potential reasons, but I'm reluctant to go into detail without knowing more about the guy.
At any rate, I would strongly recommend that the guy enter psychotherapy, at least for a short time, to help him to understand the emotional source for these dreams. He should seek out a psychologist who practices psychoanalytically or psychodynamically. A cognitive-behaviorallly oriented therapist won't have much to contribute to this type of problem. I would also caution your friend against marrying this man until the reasons are clearly identified and worked through.
