he said i can get a 2000 dollar loan at 15% and pay 100 dollars monthly for a maxim of 5 years.he is in england and im in canada can i still gat a loan and how do i know if its a fraud.

i'm in the uk and i havent ever heard of Harrison Williams Loans, please be very careful,and try and research this out more, before parting with you hard earned cash.. You would be paying back an extra $4000 thats a heck of a lot of interest. Have you tried everywhere in Canada first?

If he sent you the offer via email almost guaranteed it's a fraud. Never give into email offers. try checking it out on the internet (yahoo search etc).
