For not standing up to our Government and demanding impeachment proceedings immediately? For working and paying taxes to fund an illegal war?
The United Nations charter has a provision which was agreed to by the United States formulated by the United States in fact, after World War II. It says that from now on, no nation can use armed force without the permission of the U.N. Security Council. They can use force in connection with self-defense, but a country can't use force in anticipation of self-defense. Regarding Iraq, the last Security Council resolution essentially said, 'Look, send the weapons inspectors out to Iraq, have them come back and tell us what they've found -- then we'll figure out what we're going to do. The U.S. was impatient, and decided to invade Iraq -- which was all pre-arranged of course. So, the United States went to war, in violation of the charter. Making the war illegal.

The American people do not have a government, America is not a nation but a continent with 37 nations in it. The United States is only one of those 37 nations. It is likely that you mean the United Statesian people, if that is the case then YES, we are as guilty as he is because we've allowed this to happen. WE elected him after we knew what he was all about, we the United Statesian people are responsible.
As far as breaking treaties, that is nothing new for the United States. During the Malvinas war the US had an agreement with ALL American nations that basically said, if any non-American nation attacks an American nation ALL American nations will come to her aid. This agreement was signed with the Soviet Union in mind, it was used many times to keep them at bay and out of America. By the time the Malvinas war rolled around that treaty was well in effect, in fact it still is. We had no agreement that stated we had to aid England in a war with ANY other nation except that of NATO that was/is a DEFENSIVE agreement against a potential Soviet attack. We were supposed to aid Argentina during the Malvinas war, not only did we not help them when we had an agreement that forced us to do so, but we helped their enemy when there was no agreement that required us to do so, or even a need.

First, the united nations is now and always has been a farce! Key members of the security council don't give a damn about the
security of the US. Only the US is competent to determine if its security is threatened. Remember, these attacks on the US began long before 9/11. My perspective is that "jIMMA" CARTER
first gave incentive to TERROR in 1979 and it's been hell to pay ever since! Instead of reacting forcefully, he treated Komeni like he had only given "little jimma" acute diaper rash! Can you imagine this moron having a nuke sub named after him? How the
crew must love being ridiculed?

We tried making war "illegal" right after World War I happened, but it was soon realized that illegalizing war is something that's just silly. War could only be illegal if there were one World Government, which, apparently, is something people don't want to have.
And as for Americans being dirty (which is a pitifully stupid way to open up any question you're trying to get positive answers from), hygiene is one of our greatest prides.

Are you saying that President Bush is Dirty? For your information, President Bush is a man who stands up for what he believes in and he remembers to SPEAK THE TRUTH NO MATTER WHAT. He is doing his part to prevent a Third World War and if anybody believes he should be impeached, I say "The Atlanta Hawks of the NBA will win the NBA Championship before George W. Bush is impeached" and that I can tell you is a FACT.

Ok. Following your logic.
The American people are as "dirty" as President Bush because they work and pay taxes. So, in order for you to be "clean", or absolved of participation in this illegal war, you need to not work and not pay any taxes.
But, if you do not pay taxes, please do not drive on any federally funded highways, visit any National Parks, do not partake in welfare, food stamps or section 8 housing, do not use ANYTHING FEDERAL.
I am for abolishing the UN, BTW. It is as effective as putting a condom on...after sex. Really useless and pointless

The president has not committed any high crime or misdemeanor. The war is not illegal. All intelligence was that there were WMD there. Saddam had already used nerve gas on the Kurds.
Repeat this to yourself until you force all the nonsensical socialist propaganda out of your head.

That sounds like the old "when did you stop beating your spouse" question. If you have to answer your own question it is really not a question. My view is that neither is dirty but there is a segment of liberals who have nothing better to do than criticize and carp endlessly rather than doing something constructive. It is caused by fear. Fear causes hate. What are you afraid of?

I could care less what the UN thinks or does. This is America we look out for ourselves first not the commie loving UN. You can take that international law and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. The US Constitution is all that matters.
