Good ones are harder to find but cheaper metal ones can be found at toy stores and even Wal Mart. These have the safety release but you can nip that off with a wire cutter (and maybe a small file). The release still works but it's harder for the person cuffed to do it (not that I've tried - hehe).
Otherwise maybe Spencers would have something a little better with no release tab.

Ask a friendly cop to borrow some handcuffs for a good cause. I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you out, or buy some with the little safety latch on it from any toy store. lol

If you want to get good quality ones (the sex store ones a pretty dodgy) try a military surplus store or any trade shop catering to security, etc. They'll run you about $50 but well worth it :-)

Real ones? At any sex shop. Any store has the ones with the escape latch, but they just aren't the same when you can get free!!!!!! Also try Army/Navy stores!!!!!
