I'd do one of those blatantly fake saliva filled sneezes in their face and say,"pardon me!"
Theyre responce would most - likely be,"that was fake." My response would then be,"I could see though your sneeze,oh wait maybe that was YOUR SPIT you sprayed in my face."
No all fun aside, it has actually happened to me.I just walked away clorax wiped my face and accepted their apology.

It happened to a friend of mine once. His immune system was low at the time and soon after he had mono. Gross eh.
