Go to the store and look in the section with the herbal things like Stress releif lotion and masks and what not. Look for a Foam thats made especially for cellulite. I use it and it works wonders, it feels really really weird going on but let me tell ya, you'll notice a difference in about 1.5-2wks! My hubby got it for me for xmas, at first I was offended but now Im actually quite happy he got it! :)

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

Though diet and exercise can diminish cellulite, a large part of cellulite is comprised of toxins and fat that accrue within the body. Cellulite can affect men and women of any body weight or size.
To understand what cellulite is, you need to understand a bit about the musculature and fatty tissues beneath your skin.

If you look at a cross section of a woman's thigh, you'll see tight fiber bands connecting muscle through the fat to the skin. Where the bands aren't attached, the fat bulges up, creating the classic rippling effect of cellulite. Men generally don't have the problem because their fibers criss-cross and the fat can't bulge up as easily.
So your best solution is diet & exercise, don't spend your money on anything else.

Diet (lots of fresh food try to stay clear of junk) and hydration definately play there part. Post pregnancy, things can slow down considerably in terms of removal of cellulite and metabolism generally. If you want to get rid of it quickly you will have to do something other than just diet and exercise.

I have not used this myself but two of my friends have used it and have been very happy with the results but it took them about 4 weeks. Might be worth a look.

I think there are some things you can buy at the drug store for it but I don't know if they really work. Probably just a way to get your money, because if they did, women wouldn't still be looking for the answer.

I think it is one of those nasty things that we get and men don't, even skinny women get it. Eating healthy and drinking lots of water helps
