There are basic core subjects, such as math, language, literature and science,. Beyond that, there is a wide range of material included in school curricula, ranging from art and music to physical education and driver training, home economics and shop training, to name only a few. These optional subjects are included at the discretion of the individual school boards.

every school has their own subjects, and the subjects taught in different countries differ. I don't think there are international subjects.
