Well, you'd need an agent. All stars and even extras sometimes have them. Agents do a lot of leg work, to find audtions and such. But they do cost money, so you need to talk to a parent about this decision.

Also, there are trade magazines that advertise open auditions, not necessarily for Disney, but it can get you started. You could try subscribing to those.

I'm not a star, Disney or otherwise, but I am sort of getting into the business, as I am a film major (as well as education), so that's what I know. I hope it helps!

All I can suggest is do a lot of auditions. You might have to start from an extra and work your way up, but getting your foot in the door is essential.
