the bank of america stopped all production, in as little as 8 days i was unemployed and in trouble most of the other people went back to the USA but not having much time to fix my wifes INS papers we visited the american consulet in guadalajara mexico they would not help me get my wife to the USA they said maybe in 2 years, THE problem was her family was thinking i was just another american looking to have a good time and leave their girl, no matter who we asked the answer was no, MY choice leave my wife homeless or take her home, after some time in the USA i called the INS to ask what to do, the lady i talked with said she must go back to start the process, so after this much time the family of my wife had seen that i was for real and i took her back, after returning i called the INS office the same lady now said i'm sorry but now your wife will be under a 10 year bar for leaving the USA,(CRAZY) can some one in this world help me, i have an approved I-130- INS says is just paper.

As far as going to the INS and asking for any type of help, i did that and got nothing but what they wanted to say, not any real answers to any of my questions,i felt like i was talking to a pre programed robot not a human, i drove 3 hours to ask one simple question, where and how do i file the (I-601-WAVER) thats all i needed to know, they avoided me at all cost because if i fail to get it filed i must wait 18 more months too see if my wife can come home, they know this, distroying a marrage makes their day, if iv'e been dealing with them 6 years and still don't have my wife, this should prove my point completly ,what do you think i should do about it?
