I lived in NY then moved to Nevada and I'm moving back to NY after High School. My father lives there now. SO what I be conside. I could provide proof of my dad. Here is what the college says but I don't get it:

If I understand Section IV.A.6 correctly, you would be considered an in-state student because your father's domicile is in NY and because you are unemacipated. As long as your father lives there and you're still under 21, you should have no problems claiming in-state rates:

An unemancipated student's domicile is that of his or her parents or other legal guardian.(Factors to be used in determining emancipation are discussed in subsection D below.)

based on the advice above, you would be paying out of state classes. think of approximately it, rattling close to one hundred% of collge scholars stay in the state they circulate to college (apart from on line colleges). If what you have been doing would show you how to get instate classes, there would be no such difficulty as out-of-state classes.
