I'm trying to make a career change into the financial world. I attend college at night-my degree being accounting...It seems no one wants to hire anyone with on job experience.

It seems strange that no one wants to hire someone with on the job experience. Usually the complaint is that people only want to hire people with on the job experience. Strange, very strange indeed.

If they won't hire anyone without experience get some. Don't go straight to looking for the glamorous job you want for the rest of your life. Look at some internships at your school. Any school worth a damn will have at least a career center or job board or something of the like. As my mother would say "you gotta kiss a lot of toads..."

Well first of all I wouldn't use the word stellar and when you go into intervues talk with correct grammer and same goes on your reseme.( Nobody wants to hire a hik or gansta)
