Depends where you are shaving.....!
I did my husbands 'bits' one night. He was so wrecked, he didnt know a thing until the morning! Not a nick in sight...not bad considering I was half gone myself. Poor fella, he suffered itching for days!!!
Whoops, just reread question....dont know about an open razor! Dont think my hand would be that steady, but I'd give ita go!!

No one uses straight razors. I wouldn't trust myself with a straight razor. It doesn't matter if the person is male or female. I would not trust a barber with a straight razor.

I would be steady handed... no matter where I was shaving him, after all it is in my interests to have him smooth and cut free... a little tension adds some spice to the procedure....

i've used a cut-throat a fair few times, i've got a steady hand and a quick clean sweep, a practiced first on melons and then balloons when i got my eye in, but i wouldn't trust anyone who hasn't had practice unless you've got a death wish!!!!

maybe a cut here or there, but i do it to myself all the time.
i wouldnt trust my guy friend. he shaved his legs on a dare, and boy, did he look emo or what...
