and where do you find how to start ANY magic pin quest

hi - if you are wondering how to get on the captain's quest quarters deck here's what you do! :)

move your mouse over the left side of the screen by the pipes that come down - your mouse will turn into the "exit" sign - then move there - that will get you up to the top so you can start the quests :)

and as far as i know, there are no in game quests for magic
