I'm making a music CD for a family restaurant/diner and I'm kind of stumped on what to put on it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It doesn't really have a theme... it's a fast paced family restaurant, that's why some people call it a diner. I usually make CDs w/ jazz and soul, or classic rock, or even some of the liighter new hip hop and rock. I'm just running out of ideas here

If your restaurant has a theme, use music to update the theme. For example, if it's a country-styled restaurant, use country music. If it's a 50s styled restaurant, play those good pop and rock oldies! If there's no theme and it's just a cozy kind of place, light favorites usually work. Nothing too loud... make it music people will still feel sane talking over :)

I'd stick with the format of the restaurant like for a Mexican restaurant; I'd stick with something like Spanish for the music like Charo or something like that. Or say like if the restaurant is in Cajun country or something like that; have something like local music.
