C.) Complex sentence
"If a man love[s] me" is the dependent clause.
"He will keep my words" is the independent clause.
Thus, the sentence is a complex sentence by definition.
Egad, I can't believe others think it is a simple or compound sentence.

The sentence is not properly punctuated. It is lacking a comma after the introductory (dependent) clause, which, by the way, is correct and is in the subjunctive, and a period at the end of the independent clause. As someone has already indicated, it is, of course, a complex sentence; however, it should be written as: "If a man love me, he will keep my words."

Agreed that this is a complex sentence, dependent+independent. It does need a comma, but please note that this is a Bible verse. In the dependent clause, it uses the subjunctive case which allows what seems to be a wrong subject-verb agreement.
