My family is choosing to move to Tennessee over the Summer...As of now I live in a really big town in Southern Florida...We are tired of this fast paced city life and all of the traffic..I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to where a great little town to live in is located..We are looking into the Knoxville/ Kingsport area...Is this a good choice...Im only fifteen and am ready to move but want to attend a good high school...Any insight would be great! Thankyou!

You are likely to find that "little towns" in TN are much, MUCH more conservative and parochial than So Fla big city. TN, after all, failed to support Al Gore in 2000 and gave TN's electoral votes to G.W. Bush. East TN is one of the more conservative parts of the state.

Kingsport, Knoxville, and Oak Ridge are the areas more likely to have better schools. The good part is that these good sized cities are very livable and still much less urbanized than the South FL megalopolis. Kingsport has over the years had lots of smart people move there to work for Kodak (now Eastman Chemical). Knoxville has the intellectual and liberal influence of the Univ of TN, and Oak Ridge has the Department of Energy facilities like Oak Ridge National Lab. Smart people who have moved to these places have created good schools.

That's easy.

You buy a trailer on wheels,
and you drive it into Tennessee...

then you find a nice place with good scenery
and pretend to break-down.

Then a few years later you apply for a mailbox address.

People there are real friendly with their sisters though.
