It is similiar to build-a-bear, but not the same thing, it is alot cheaper.

Perhaps it is a pawsenclaws? We do not have one insider our Wal Mart but I have taken my niece to Pawsenclaws before and it is very similar to Build a Bear and (as you said) MUCH cheaper.

We have a mall with a "Build A Bear" shop in it, is that the same thing.

It is the Little Loveables Fluff factory. It comes with 3 skins and enough fluff to make 3 bears. Also they have clothes you can buy for them. My 10 year old loves to make them.

On my 10th bday I got "Stuff your own Poodle"
Not a bear, sorry. I'm not sure if its in Walmart though
