i heard that the real reason britney spears shaved her head is because there was too much stress in her life and she wanted to let it all out.

The explanation I heard was that Kevin Federline was threatening to take some of her hair and get it tested for drugs. So she shaved it off so he couldn't get any.

From what the papers (tabloid and daily news), are saying she was upset and had been drinking after she left the rehab program the first time. She went to Kevin's to see her children and he wouldn't answer the door. She then called him and he stated that he was going to have her drug tested so that he would win full custody of the kids. At that point she shaved her head. She then tried to check into a hotel, but had no money or credit cards on her. she was said to have written down part of her credit card number that she could remember but hotel staff turned her down for fear of what she would do once in the room. A couple of fans felt sorry for her and took her to their room. She was said to have instantly opened the mini bar and downed a few bottles of alcohol. She then went to the pool area stripped down to her underware and shaved her legs so no hair would be there for the test either. The girls whose room she went to, loaned her a bathingsuit and they are the ones in all of the pictures of Brit that are now everywhere. That evening Kevin contacted his attorney and had him draw up emergency custody papers. I believe it was at that point that Brit's mom finnaly decided to intervene and get that girl some help. When her mom checked her back into rehab, Kevin droped the paperwork and didn't show up at the court house the next day.

Thats what alcohol is for. I honestly think Brittany shaved her head because she is on crack. If she wanted less stress then she wouldnt have shaved her head !!!!

She sold it on E-bay and gave the money to her club...
I think she is going mental....she could have found another way to raise money.....
