I don't really have nightmares, and I'm not "covered" in sweat, but my shirt is moist enough where I have to change my shirt. I generally can't fall a sleep, and if I wanted I could probably stay up all night. What is causing this sweating and trouble sleeping? Is it stress, health, or is it because I just have a lot on my mind?

It depends on your age and stuff, but usually it means you have a fever. It can mean that your lymph system (check for lumps under your armpit and sometimes you can feel one) is clogged up and such.. I would go get it checked by a doctor.

try covering up with less covers or take a nice cool bath. worse comes to worse you may have a fever. but if you feel fine and do not have any other symptoms try wearing shorts and a tee shirt to bed.
