I smile at EVERYONE, it nice how warm people are in response.

Actually quite a lot, and I get some very nice smiles back from that!
But I have to tell this: I just came back from Malaysia, where I was for 7 weeks. There I got much more smiles back then here, in the Netherlands. People are colder here.
Still, also here, I get some nice smiles :-)

We are all brothers and sisters! No one should be treated as a stranger. If we pass in the street try a smile and make my day.

Hardly ever. My friend and I used to do this thing in college, we called it "Operation Smile", we would smile at everyone we saw just to see their reactions and I tell you, they weren't very good. People thought we were crazy, only few people would smile back at us. Anyway, I don't smile at strangers, only if they smile at me first, maybe I should do it more often.

I'm very friendly in real life and mostly smile at everyone. Also I demand hellos from strangers in the street sometimes. Which may frighten them unless I have my wig on.

I used to do it when I first came to germany, but here people dont like it (and frankly it seems like you are smiling at a stone). So I had to stop!....
I like to smile at strangers, when they look at me, not because they are strangers, but because a smile can get a stranger's day get going well and yours too!

I try not to make eye contact with strangers but if i do,i will always smile out of awkwardness!..lol

I rarely make eye contact with anyone... When I do, I smile ALWAYS !!! Whether they smile or not, they still get my smile.

Hi!
I try and smile at old people, especially if we make eye contact.
Some of them look so sad, I can't help myself.
I also smile at little kids, especially if they're cute!!
