This service is called "You Say, We Pay". This is how it works. Every time someone rings or texts you, you get a certain amount of credit back when you next top up. I don't know the amounts of money involved, but I'll use example figures to explain my point. A friend rings you and talks for 10 minutes. You receive, for example, 1p per minute of chat, making 10p on that call. Each call received will credit you the same money per minute. You can see how, although it might be a small amount of credit per call, it soon builds up over time. Equally, every text you receive gives you credits in the same way. Next time you top up, 3 will automatically add your "You Say" credits to your top up credits, giving you extra credits to spend how you like. You don't need to claim your credit back as it's given to you when you next top up. I think there are certain rules governing the maximum amount of credits you can get at any one time. 3 Customer Services or their website will be able to give you more specific details. I hope this helps.

I have a pay as you go 3mobile and what you do is buy the £25 or £15 talk and video and text voucher and once you got that you can buy add ons £5 or £10 that covers just talk or text or everything. you have to have voucher of £25 to get the £5 add-ons. best to ask 3 mobile to clarify. good luck and yes i know its very confusing!!! to get credit for text you have to subcribe to it. you have to call customer service. sorry for confusing answer i misread your question!!
