You need more than a bachelors to be a pharmacist, you'll have to go to grad school.

If you're talking about your college GPA I don't know how to help that, but you never know until you apply.
If you're talking about your high school GPA you have lots of time before you need to start worrying about your pharm. degree. You could go to a community college, get your grade up and then go to a four year school to finish, or you might be able to start in a four year program.

The best advice I can give you is to retake the courses you got Cs in. The lowest minimum GPA for pharmacy schools, which I know of, is 2.5, but in reality, you need closer to a 3.2 to be really considered. I am talking about college GPAs.
It is next to impossible for a community college only student to be accepted into pharmacy school.

You might want to consider going the community college route and getting your associate's degree as a pharmacist technician or assistant. You wouldn't be a full-fledged pharmacist (that takes a LOT more schooling), but you would get the flavor of the job and could see if that career is really right for you.
