I do

my family has been in America since the1620 New Amsterdam. My family legacy is long and representive of the groth of this Nation.

So how did the mighty fall should be the issue and how do we raise again.

But small minds are quick to point blame at someone that has never served this Nation like Obama and GW Bush.

Its just the fall of our American Empire, every Empire falls after its "Pax Romana" if you will. Its the 3 Generation theory towards empires, they fall after 3 steps

Each about 70 years as some variants of the theory state
1: Fortification and Building
2: "Pax Romana"
3: Fall and dissolving

Theory suggests we lose USA or the equivalent of losing it in around 2010

Thats because, the politicians today are self serving , and not interested in the desires of the people who voted them in. But we only get what we deserve, it is nothing to do with any party, they are all the same, for them its about power and money. Examples are the Iraqy war(something we didn't need), and the open border policy, Kennedy, Bush, McCain and so many others, its not what the voters want but they don't care what the voter want.
and the national debt an irresponsible burden for our grandchildren. well there is more to be said, but if we don't like our own government how do you expect the rest of the world to like us.

Not at all. If the U.S. is so hated, we wouldn't have immigration issues because nobody would want to move here, legally or illegally. The world embraces our culture, our products, our entertainment, our money, even Wal-Marts. I do not believe that we are hated as the media portrays. (Except for Islamic terrorists, but that hatred is age old and that's a whole other can of worms.)

the rustic is tremendous, an section the position your high quality of existence relies upon on your potential to take hazards and be in a position to innovate. an section the position there are significant aspects, that there is little suffering, and not in any respect an magnificent possibility to existence or limb on common. i ought to bypass the "comedy" route and say certain different international locations have nukes, yet we are the merely ones who used them on people... we are a collection of cocky those who sense slightly invincible. the rustic is unique because there is someone right here from each way of existence contained in the international attempting to stay their existence and attempt for his or her skill, certain there are peoplle who abuse structures like welfare, medicare, social protection, yet those people are a really small subset of the inhabitants. there's a weight problem in united statesa. because there's a extra present day concentration on growing sensible and neglecting actual for the benefit of the guidelines.

Do liberals have some kind of psychological need for America to be anything but the greatest nation on earth?

Where in the world did you get this bull shi t? Do you actually believe everything you read?

According to the CIA World Factbook, American citizens have the world's highest standard of living by purchasing power (measured by per capita GDP).

America is the strongest nation on earth, we are the beacon of freedom for the rest of the world, American brands are known all over the world, the rest of the world watches our movies and our television programs, they all watch our news broadcasts, and all of them want to be educated in America.

95% of the world's pc's use Microsoft Windows disc operating system. Coca Cola is facing monopoly lawsuits in Europe. 66 nations in the world offer English as either a first or second language as a part of MANDATORY secondary education. America consumes 25% of the world's total resources. We are the world's most powerful industrial economy and we're GROWING. The US has been the source of almost all major globalization movements, including NATO, the UN, the WTO, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, etc.

Does that sound like we're #26 on any list?

Who took this poll? What were the questions and how were they asked? Unless a poll reveals the answers to those questions they are viewed suspiciously. Anyone can conduct a poll, but the manner in which it was conducted can bias the results.

I'm doing just fine.
Where are your facts? You are aware that still puts us in the top precentage of countries, correct? There are hundreds of countries in the world. My guesse is your facts are either made up or taken from a biased site with an ax to grind. Plus, its all opinion anyway. Who makes the list? The basic truth is we live a better life here than in 99% of the rest of the world and if you feel personally injured, feel free to go check out one of the better nations... we gladly give you that right.

I feel that the US has squandered a lot of potential over the years. Priorities are abysmal here. Education is about the 58th most important thing here.

It takes more than military might to maintain a society.

We will continue to fall until we abandon these idiotic, socialistic notions that drive our nation and its people into mediocrity. Yes, I feel personally injured, as my hard earned wages have been stolen to benefit the unworthy.

As judged by whom, Che? The US has always been, is now, and always will be the greatest nation which has ever graced the face of the planet.

BTW, the word is spelled "consensus".
