Manon Rheaume was a goalie for the Tampa Bay Lighting.
It can be done, but it's hard. Men don't easily except playing with or against a women.

They have played in the NHL. Although I'm not sure they have ever been in for a Regular season but still made it in. As to the NBA and NFL I don't think they will any time soon. They have their own leagues(WNBA which is run by the NBA for women and WNFA which ISN'T run by the NFL but still a tackle league for women). Not sure women will make in the leagues but give them time and they might.

There is already a WNBA for women, so not th NBA, as far as football, baseball, or hockey, I dont know of any pro leagues for women, so if a woman really wanted to and was good enough I guess she could fight to get in.

There were women in the mlb during world war two. THere is a womens basketball asociation.
