Depends on what they're interested in. If it's video games, that's what they'll talk about. ATVs = ATVs. Most guys are interested in girls, so that's another thing they'll talk about. It's mostly a lot of random stuff though. Whatever pops into their minds.

My buddies and I talk about having a great session out in the ocean windsurfing, we talk about our work, other buddies, our cars for sure, and a lot of stupid stuff.
