I have a friend everytime we talk she makes an excuse that she is busy or she was busy and the conversation ends soon.
Well I could have believed her if for 1 or 2 days she told me that but its been weeks n she tells me the same thing.
When I try to ignore her by not attending her calls n replying to her texts, she calls me and msgs me, but when I text her mostly she says she is busy n she talks for sometime and then say bye. What do u think she is really busy or she wants me to think that way.

I feel like when I avoid her she wants my attention and when I give her attention she ignores me. She say she tries her best to talk to me but she keep getting some or the other work.
I feel very frustrated... what should I do?

It sounds to me like your friend is fairly busy.
She probably ignores you some of the time, but gets in touch when she feels like she needs someone to talk to.
She seems to be using you, but not in a malicious way, so I would say that she has some underlying problem which makes her moods fluctuate a bit - this would explain why she sometimes seems interested in talking to you but at other times she doesn't.
If she's a good friend, try talking to her about how you feel, tell her that you feel she ignores you sometimes, and ask her if there's something bothering her that she wants to talk about.
Ultimately I would advise you to cut her some slack, and don't get too frustrated by her behaviour!
Just my tuppence worth, hope things get sorted :)

She may be really busy because as you said she replies you sometime later so this indicates us she does not ignore you
You should not worry about her too much

well if they are a little out of breath, or if they try to hurry up the conversation then you can say they are busy

Sit back, smile and don't worry about life. It's too short for such concerns.
